Dr. Erik Smith discusses value of ponds created for storing, releasing stormwater

 

Dr. Erik Smith, is among a collaboration of professionals from academia, government, business and nonprofits who are working to solve some of the problems and opportunities presented by stormwater ponds.  The ponds are constructed to manage stormwater (flood control and preserving water quality) and also built for recreational or agricultural purposes.
