Habitat Survey - Creek Project

The CREEK project comprises nine (9) subprojects. The overall CREEK Project assessed the role of oyster reefs in the structure and function of tidal creeks.

Contains final values (m2) for internal creek bottom habitat categories (all 16 bottom types, condensed to two bottom types mud & shell, and total bottom area for each creek).

FinalExtValues

Contains final uptide & downtide values (m2) for external creek bottom habitat survey (3 categories:  mud, sparse-medium reef, dense reef; values condensed to two bottom types:  mud & shell; and total bottom area for each creek).

IntIDS

Contains a list of symbols that were used to identify creek bottom categories and were used as, "short hand" on the nalgene field data sheets to describe where habitats occurred within the creek bottom.
